Every patient is a little mystery.

You're the new doctor at a small aquatic clinic. Owners bring in sick pets, and it's your job to figure out what's wrong.

Observe their behaviour, examine them closely, test their water, ask the right questions, make a diagnosis, and choose the right treatment.

Sometimes the problem is illness. Sometimes it's the water. Sometimes it's how the animal is being cared for. Your job is to find the clues and help them recover.

More Patients Are Coming

Fish are only the beginning. As your clinic grows, future patients are planned to include octopuses, sea turtles, jellyfish, shrimp and other aquatic animals — each bringing new behaviours, illnesses, diagnostic methods and treatments.

The current playable build focuses on fish patients.

In Development

Aqua Doctor is currently in active development. We're continuing to add new patients, diagnostic tools, treatments and clinic upgrades. Feedback is very welcome and will help shape the game.

AI Disclosure

AI-assisted tools are currently used for parts of the programming and some temporary development artwork. Our full-time artist is gradually redrawing and replacing the temporary artwork with finished original assets as development continues.
